Our mission is to equip and mobilize our members to make a kingdom impact outside the walls of Cavanaugh Church. If you’re looking for an opportunity to help meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those hurting in our region, this is your team! Help be the hands and feet of Christ within our community. Serving opportunities include Food Bank, Hope Campus, and Young Home.
FOOD BANK VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
run copies of Food Bank Brochure
open cases of products each week in preparation for packing
assemble sixty boxes per week to be used on food distribution day
unload groceries (Tuesdays at 8:30 am)
set up for food distribution (Mondays at 9:30 am)
help with food distribution (Mondays at 10:00 am)
keep record of USDA items

HOPE CAMPUS
Hope Campus opened its doors in September 2017 and offers a variety of key services to those in need. To support their efforts and minister to those receiving their services, we go at least twice a month to serve meals at Hope Campus. We're there every other Monday, and we're always looking for more volunteers who want to help those in need!
Cavanaugh Church is pleased to partner with Free Will Baptist Family Ministries in assisting hurting children living in the River Valley. Please see the following link to learn more:
