Our Mission: Win, Train, Send

At Cavanaugh Church our mission is to win people to Christ, train believers to become disciples, and send disciples out to impact the world. We know that a great commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission will grow a great church.

• First, we must win people to Christ. We believe in “every member” evangelism. Each of us must spread the gospel at home, work, school, and in your neighborhood by sharing the ABC’s of salvation with them: Admit your sin, believe in Jesus as your Savior, and confess Jesus as your Savior and Lord.

• Second, we must train believers to become disciples. Cavanaugh Church is dedicated to training people to grow in their Christianity through our small groups and Sunday School classes. Each of us was created to become like Christ, and this only occurs when we practice discipleship.

• Last, we must then send disciples to impact the world. God has called each of us to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. As such, the Cavanaugh Church is dedicated to sending people for their mission “possible” – to go out into the world and fulfill God’s plan for their lives.
